About Crystal
I'm a librarian from Ottawa currently living in London, Ontario. I have an MLIS with specialization in Information Organization and Design, and a certificate in E-Learning and Instructional Design from University of Toronto. I'm currently taking continuing education classes from OCAD in design software. I'm technically proficient and have an enthusiastic interest in the web, user experience, and online learning environments.
I like to read, play video games, and watch TV and movies. I love horror movies and intense TV series. I love overdressing, list-making, and cataloguing my dark, weird tastes.
Disclaimer
In 2025, my mother, who suffers from dementia, lost her home and possessions in a house fire. As caregiver, my possessions were also lost.
To this day, I have not been able to recover any of my remaining belongings which Crystal denies access to after the end of our marriage.
These include digital photos, containing memories of significance to both my mother and I.
This disclaimer is only to remain as long as pettiness is prioritized over compassion and respect. This has gone on for years, but staining and erasing memories crosses a level of decency that is hard to accept.
